Tariff:

Our standard room rates per night, depending on season, are as follows (please note that all prices are in NZ$):

$145 (double)
$130 (single)
$160 (twin share)
$30 surcharge for each additional person

Discounts can be negotiated for multi-night stays. Special rates may apply to major events.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, but we do ask that you notify us by phone as soon as possible, or at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival, if you will no longer be able to stay.

Our general policy is to apply a 50% fee to cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, and a 100% fee to no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. However, should you be facing an emergency situation or travel cancellations beyond your control please do contact us to discuss.
